One of NeuroSlam's interns, Berkeley-based Jeremy Morgan who developed our "Emotions" games, loves to compete in Hackathons to generate ideas, meet new people and stay active in the Bay Area tech community.

In his first competition, the 2016 NASA Space Apps Challenge, he and his team won the Berkeley challenge and continued on to the international stage of competition, where the project, named Prism, placed them in the top 25 among 1,280 projects. A fantastic result!

At his next challenge, the 2016 Powerhouse Solar hackathon, he worked with a team to build the Bottom Up Microgrid Power, or BUMP, platform, which enables peer-to-peer energy consumption in third world countries. They are now looking to take their idea further by seeking capital and connections through the renowned Powerhouse solar incubator program.

Jeremy is a passionate and goal-oriented guy and we look forward to seeing how he will change the world!

Way to go!
